JennyLynn Meek, Executive Director Miss GSL Teen
JennyLynn Meek has been dedicated to the Miss America and Miss America’s Teen Organizations for 25 years, serving in roles such as Miss Lehi board member, co-director of Miss Lehi’s Teen Organization, hostess during Miss Utah week, and panelist across Utah. With over 24 years of experience coaching youth performing groups at the junior high, high school, and collegiate levels, she excels at creating environments where young people thrive and build confidence. JennyLynn has witnessed the transformative impact of these programs through her three daughters, who were local titleholders in the Miss America’s Teen Program. As the director of GSL’s Teen Competition, she is committed to providing a meaningful platform that empowers young women for success in the Teen Program and beyond.

Jessica Adams, Executive Director Miss GSL
Jessica has been a dedicated member of the Miss America Organization since 2010, serving as the first Miss Greater Salt Lake in 2014 and being named Executive Director in 2015. With a background as a choreographer and stage producer, she brings invaluable expertise to the organization, specializing in on-stage competition preparation. Jessica works closely with titleholders to refine their wardrobe, walking, posing, stage presence, and overall confidence, ensuring they are poised for success in all areas of competition. Beyond her role in competition preparation, Jessica is deeply involved in every aspect of the organization, consistently striving to ensure it operates smoothly and efficiently. Her passion for empowering young women to achieve their goals drives her commitment to the Miss America Organization, where she works tirelessly to support titleholders in reaching their full potential both on and off the stage.

Sienna Gehring, Producer & Choreographer
Sienna is a dedicated professional with a lifelong passion for pageantry and the performing arts. A former Miss Lehi’s Teen (2014), she has extensive experience in pageant preparation, helping young women build confidence and feel their best on and off the stage. Sienna is also a professional dancer who has performed with prestigious organizations such as the Kansas City Chiefs and Carnival Cruise Line, and on America’s Got Talent with her ballroom team. In addition, she is an esthetician, makeup artist, and airbrush spray tan artist, bringing her expertise in beauty and style to the GSL Teen program. Sienna is committed to creating a positive, empowering environment for contestants, blending her skills in coaching, performing, and mentoring to help them shine in every aspect of their lives.

Kaylee Davies, Judges Chair
Kaylee Davies serves as the Judges Chair for the Miss Greater Salt Lake Teen Board, where she plays a pivotal role in fostering opportunities for young women to achieve their goals. With a degree in Applied Communication and a minor in Cognitive Neuroscience, Kaylee brings a unique blend of analytical insight and interpersonal expertise to her work. A dedicated violinist since the age of eight and deeply involved in theater throughout her upbringing, she is passionate about the performing arts and their power to inspire personal growth. Since joining the Miss America’s Teen organization in 2023, Kaylee has been committed to supporting its mission of empowering young women to realize their full potential.

Sally Simpson, Hostess Chair
Sally has been an active participant in the Miss America and Miss America’s Teen programs since 2009, serving in various roles including hostess for Miss Utah and Miss Utah’s Teen, as well as for Miss Lehi, Miss Lehi’s Teen, and Miss Greater Salt Lake competitions. She has also contributed as a panelist at the local level. Passionate about empowering contestants, Sally takes pride in helping them look and feel their best backstage on competition nights, forming lifelong friendships with the many young women she has supported over the years. Beyond her involvement in pageantry, Sally enjoys reading true crime novels, spending time with her family, and cherishing the connections she’s built within the pageant community. Her dedication to fostering confidence and camaraderie makes her an invaluable part of the organization.

Christopher Meek, Board Member Miss GSL & Miss GSL Teen
Chris is a global professional in the premium consumer goods and entertainment industries with extensive experience in launching start-ups, turning around under-performing assets, and forging strategic partnerships. He has collaborated with top brands such as Yahoo!, HSBC, Mercedes-Benz, Walt Disney Pictures, and Warner Music to scale revenues and amplify brand presence. Currently, Chris oversees corporate strategy for Gabb, serves as member and mentor for the Recording Academy/GRAMMYs, and manages artists across TV, film, and music including two-time Tony nominee Laura Osnes, Grammy-winning Encanto star Adassa, multi-platinum music producer, Joe Thibodeau (Kelsea Ballerini, Charli XCX, Walker Hayes), YouTube’s original star, actress and singer Tiffany Alvord, and music producer/songwriter Aaron Kellim. Chris plays a key role in providing strategy and mentorship to the GSL Miss and Teen organizations.
